While most items are indeed second-hand goods, many of the items are brand new, with tags or in great condition.

Apparel Size Guide

Pre-loved apparel come from different brands with varying size guides. Shop YWCA will adopt the size guide of the brand. Example: If a dress is marked “M” on its tag, it will be noted as “MEDIUM.” Our turn-around team may add additional notes in the product description such as “item runs smaller than other mediums.”

Shipping, Processing & Item Pick up

Our apprentices ship orders 1-2 days after you purchase, and shipping times will vary based on your location. All shipping is sent via USPS, shipping times are dependent on the USPS operating at full capacity. Estimated shipping times within Hawaii (1-2 business days) and to the US Mainland (3-5 business days) may vary.

Items marked “delivered” by the USPS are considered delivered for the purposes of refunds and cancellations. 

If you select “pick-up” during checkout, your items will be available for pick up at the upcoming Pre-loved Sale, happening monthly from 10am-5pm at our downtown YWCA Oahu location. 

Please note: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. The address can not be changed after the order has been placed. If an item is not delivered to the buyer because of an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund is not guaranteed.

Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

All requests for refunds, exchanges and cancellations are reviewed on a per case basis. We have a limited return policy of 15 days (from delivery/pick up date) for items sold brand new. To return an item, please request an authorization from Customer Service at shopywca@ywcaoahu.org, it must be returned in the same condition that it was received. 

For our pre-loved items, all sales are final. Thank you for understanding that these products are not new and are sold for a cause, therefore, we are not able to provide a refund for pre-loved items.
